Nice food last night; met a lot of people; mostly younger - difficult to remember names. George (older / Yorkshire); Hannah (19, Winchester), friendly bunch though.
Met at dinner some Turkish dude who climbs 8a (French)! Will try and get to a wall tonight - also heard some talk of bouldering maybe. Here (Istanbul) for a few days, thence Antalya. It's 8:30 am Turkish time - we're two hours ahead of UK here. Waiting for breakfast.

- I like an Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee - (current favorite is the Kebel Konga)(e.g. Monmouth Coffee Company), with a cheese straw or cheese scone. I have trouble understanding why some people cling to the notion that the world is Newtonian - it isn't; it'd be a dull place indeed if it were.
